Recently Lutheran High students under the direction of the Student Leadership Team supervised by Ms. Steinke conducted a clothing and food drive to benefit local charities. Over 1,400 pieces of clothing were collected and donated to Covenant House and 214 lbs. of food items donated to Second Harveste
rs Food Bank. In another project students assisted the local Thrivent chapter in bagging items to be used in hurricane relief efforts at St. John's church in Laplace.
