Inspirational Hero Award

Congratulations to senior Troy Huddleston, who received a Cox Inspirational Hero award in a ceremony held at the Pontchartrain Center on Wednesday, April 30. The award program serves to recognize those students who overcome adversity, meet special challenges, and help others.

PTL Landscaping Help Day

This Saturday, Feburary 30, PTL is sponsoring a school clean-up day. All parents and students are invited to meet at school at 8:30am to help keep our yard beautiful. Wear comfortable clothes to work in and any gardening tools you may have.

Edline

LHS has a new way to track your child's progress in his or her classes. The website, called Edline, allows you to check your child's weekly assignments and updated grades at any time. Both parents and students may login to the website using their usernames and passwords. Since the site allows teachers to post their homework, schoolnotes.com will no longer be used to post assignments. If you have any questions about the new site, Principal Behrens will be in the computer lab during parent/teacher conferences on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
